More information about the conference

The NKJ network Nordic Vets Against AMR was created to strengthen collaboration in veterinary research, education and practice with a specific focus on AMR/AMU in our region. The countries currently involved in the network are Finland, Norway and Sweden but our aim is to, as a next step, include all Nordic-Baltic countries. Due to the pandemic, our planned activities were postponed but we are now arranging a two-half-day digital conference on October 12-13.

We would like to invite you to take part in this conference that will include sessions on AMR in veterinary education and research as well as practice and policy regarding AMU and AMR in animals. We will share information about the current situation, activities and experiences in each participating country as well as discuss future collaborations and exchanges in these areas. The conference provides excellent networking opportunities as it is designed as a workshop where participants take active part in the discussions, receive and share thoughts and information on this important topic in the context of veterinary medicine.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
